Join our Petra team! Petra, a Fresh Mexican Bistro Restaurant located in McKinney, Texas is looking for a Cook to help serve our guests. The Cook prepares and cooks the meals ordered by our guests. The meals are prepared according to our recipes and arranged on plates. The Cook observes and tests foods to make sure they are cooked properly and are tasty. The Cook must be able to use kitchen utensils and equipment to include ovens and grills. The Cook makes sure all health and cleanliness standards are met. The Cook works with the manager to ensure all food items are ordered and available in a timely manner. The Cook also helps the staff with various tasks, to include: cleaning the kitchen area, inventory of food items and kitchen utensils, and maintaining orderly eating or serving areas.
